As an Administrator within our Financial Services team within International Assignment Services your day will vary from being involved in risk controls, billing and financial management, co-ordination of global projects and liaison with overseas offices and providing general administrative support to a team of 40.

A background in a similar financial role at a previous employer would be advantageous. Full training in the use of the SAP system will be given so no previous experience of the actual system is needed.

You will also benefit from continuous training, ongoing feedback and structured development in a supportive culture.

The role involves:

*Taking responsibility for billing cycle from the preparation of monthly bills to collection
*Arranging meetings, preparation of meeting packs
*Submission of forms and Tax Returns to the HM Revenue and Customs
*Support to engagement team for practice protection tasks
*Maintenance of global databases including GA Tracker, organiser and calendar and DeloitteOnline ,
*Keeping track of HMRC refunds and check repayment notices on arrival - if unable to resolve differences pass to analyst to check - advise company and/or assignee of difference
Correspondence with HMRC regarding notices issued
*Compliance status reporting internally and externally


To be considered you must possess:

*Strong organisational skills
*Ability to multi task and prioritise workload ensuring deadlines are met
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work as part of a team but also ability to manage own workload.
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Previous experience of SAP would be beneficial but not essential
*Excellent in all Microsoft Office applications
