Excellent opportunity to join this Big 4's UK Financial Services Tax practice. The dedicated tax compliance team provides the delivery of corporation tax provisions, computations and returns for a large number of FS tax clients.
The work is varied and constantly challenging. All tax technical roles within the team are client facing and client service is considered to be the key differentiator from the other Big 4 firms. Within the team, staff are broadly split between industry sectors (Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets and Insurance).
Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for an ambitious tax manager who is keen to progress. Previous compliance experience within practice is a must, and preferably from one of the other Big 4 firms.
At Manager level there is no element of computation preparation within the role; all work will have been prepared by the offshore team and the majority will have had first level review carried out by a UK based tax advisor.
You must be Market and Client focused; although the foundation of the job is within compliance there is little difference between the role and one in a tax advisory team.
