Want to become a Partner within the next 2 years? This firm are succession planning and are looking for a CTA professional who has an all-round mix of tax, audit and accounts. You will ideally have full supervisory and management skills and be looking to work in a firm where you can clearly picture your Partnership opportunities.
The Partner interviewing for this role, is the Partner that is retiring in a couple of years so he can talk to you about exactly what your role will be. You will manage a portfolio of around 5 audit clients, many financial management and accounting clients as well as HNWI's, entrepreneurs, OMBS and SMEs on the tax side of the business.
As the only CTA future Partner of the firm you will offer sound technical advice to all Partners, be genuinely interested in tax technical knowledge and get involved in all contentious tax issues that arise.
Use your CTA and work for a firm that can offer you the progression you so desire from the outset.
