Are you an OMB Tax Manager or Senior Manager looking for a fast track to Partnership?
If you feel you have the aptitude to make Partner in the next few years and are skilled in advising large OMB clients, this one may have your name on it.
Our client, a leading accountancy firm, requires someone to take on this high profile role to provide advice to their clients on their personal, corporate and also shareholder tax matters. You will also be expected to grow their client portfolio, identifying opportunities within existing clients and equally securing new clients for the firm. A proven ability to manage client relationships across a wide range of tax issues effecting larger OMBs is therefore essential.
The role also involves supporting the Partner group in their management of the tax team and the organic growth of the firm. You must be confident in dealing with clients, with a strong track record of nurturing and developing client relationships for the on-going development of future work.
You will most likely be an experienced Manager or Senior Manager or Director working in a Big 4, Top 10 or respected Mid-Tier accountancy firm, within a middle market tax team.
