As Senior Manager you role will be to supervise Immigration work carried out for a defined number of clients and act as the relationship leader. You will also be tasked with undertaking business development activities and developing a strong network of clients, as well as organising and developing client training programmes. From the team perspective, you will also have responsibility for managing a number of team members and providing guidance and career development plans.
