Indirect Tax Accountant - In-house - Energy Company, Watford
In-house opportunity for a VAT Consultant/VAT Assistant looking for a new role or to start an in-house career. Working for this large global business you will be part of a finance team and work closely with the Indirect Tax Manager. Role is to complete UK VAT, intrastat, EC sales lists and other returns for the group. You will provide support to UK business and subsidiaries regarding changes and implementation of legislation and general compliance. In addition to your VAT knowledge you will have excellent communication skills and ideally be SAP literate.
We are keen to speak to VAT candidates from HMRC, practice or in-house backgrounds who are looking for a challenging, varied role. Ideally you will have oil industry experience and knowledge of excise duties.
