This leading financial services institution has an opening for a senior tax specialist to join the department on an interim basis.
Working as part of the group corporate tax team, you will get involved in the following:
* Preparation, maintenance and revision of group compliance work including Group Thin Capitalisation analysis, Group Transfer Pricing matrix and Group Relief Matrix for current and prior years.
* Providing support in the group reporting process as required.
* Preparation of consolidated tax numbers and disclosures for interim and full year tax reporting purposes.
* Deal with queries and correspondence from HMRC
* Supporting the Head of Tax with tax advisory work
* Working on ad hoc tax projects
Suitable candidates will be qualified with previous corporate tax experience, ideally gained in-house. You will be available to start a position at short notice.
