Responsibilities will include:
- Providing VAT compliance and consultancy advice to clients
- Assisting business development initiatives on target accounts
- Drafting correspondence with clients and HM Revenue & Customs correspondence
- Ensuring that all deadlines are kept to and that all staff/partners involved are aware of these deadlines
- Meeting with clients
- Carrying out on-site VAT reviews
To be considered, you must possess:
- A good academic background. Some prior experience in professional services or in NHS Finance is preferable, but not essential, and for the right candidate we would be prepared to significantly invest in your industry training
- Proven strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proven IT skills and competency in Excel
- The ability to be proactive, identify issues and take early responsibility
