This team is the stand out choice for leading entrepreneurial businesses and listed global corporates alike particularly in the provision of strategic advice around IPOs, M&A and Equity based reward.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced remuneration and reward professional at manager level or higher to join the Equity Incentives to be based in Sydney.
In this role you will be working with privately held companies going through their IPOs, listed companies under re-organisation, M&A targets / acquisitions etc in the design and implementation of long term Equity-based incentive plans.
In addition you will provide advice on Equity based incentives across the group in relation to due diligence, legislative changes and country specific issues.
Working in a global firm you can expect to be working with a broad and influential client base across multiple industries and your client management exposure in this role will be high.
To be successful in this role you may come from a variety of educational backgrounds but you must have at least 5 years remuneration and reward experience gained in either a corporate or professional services environment.
Your experience will include Equity based reward and this experience may be gained in any industry or country provided you have excellent English communication skills.
Our client employs the best and the brightest so your numerical skills will be honed and previous experience in modeling equity incentives will be highly regarded.
In addition previous management experience is sought (although not mandatory) and you will be well versed in client / stakeholder management.
