We are looking for Managers and Senior Manager to provide their clients with comprehensive advice on remuneration strategy, together with the design, commercial and corporate governance implications of remuneration issues.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced remuneration and reward professional at manager or senior manager level in either Sydney or Melbourne.
Your experience in delivering high quality executive and employee remuneration advice, managing project teams and building client relationships will allow you to make a valuable contribution to their team.
Working as an effective team player you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with Board members, CFOs and HRDs of major companies
- Development of reward and remuneration design solutions to support business strategy
- Day to day management of the client team's deliverables
- Supporting / involvement on marketing (internal / external) and business development initiatives
To be successful in this role you may come from a variety of educational backgrounds but you must have at least 5 years remuneration and reward experience gained in either a corporate or professional services environment. Your experience may be gained in any industry or country provided you have excellent English communication skills.
