The Role:
• Advising extremely wealthy, internationally mobile individuals in relation to their personal tax strategies
• UK and International estate planning
• Offshore wealth structuring
• Immigration and emigration planning
• Succession planning
• IHT and CGT planning
• Advising in relation to the implementation and administration of trusts
• Advising in relation to estate and succession planning
• Structuring and implementing offshore trusts
• Family office services including philanthropy
The Person:
You will be a talented mid level qualified solicitor with strong private client tax experience looking to step up to a City firm that is committed to private client and who can offer exposure to high quality work and a healthy work/life balance.
• Strong academic record
• Training and post qualification experience with a leading Lincoln’s Inn or City firm
• Recent high level private client tax experience
• Ability to develop strong client relationships
Qualifications:
You will likely be a qualified solicitor with 3-4 years PQE or equivalent.
