Job Description
On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Associate will be responsible for:
•Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping to provide industry knowledge and experience
•Building and managing client relationships
•Managing teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
•Advising clients and being responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice
•Participating in and contributing to market and business activities external to the firm
•Providing tax compliance and advisory services for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses
Required Skills
•2+ years of corporate tax experience
•Solid understanding of FAS 109
•Prior exposure to corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships
•Excellent advisory and compliance skills
