Our client is a global accountancy firm who are looking to expand their M&A Tax team by recruiting an experienced Senior Manager to work on transactional related work.
This role will enable the chosen candidate to develop their own client portfolio, gain exposure to all aspects of the deal cycle from international corporate tax planning, cross-border M&A, large private equity transactions and post implementation.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the area of M&A Tax ideally having gained the ACA/CTA qualification or have relevant tax experience.
