An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the World's leading media companies. Based in central London, this unique role as Tax Compliance Manager will offer the successful candidate a stepping stone to gaining further responsibility and presence within the business.
Key responsibilities are:
- Working with UK shared services on reporting process for year end, half year, budgets and forecasts and preparation and review of Operating Company statutory accounts tax reporting;
- Producing tax returns, claims and elections and UK quarterly corporation tax payments on account calculations;
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and tax accounting, highlighting planning opportunities and communicating impact to relevant parties; and
- Working on certain group tax planning issues in relation to structure and financing.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to make their first move into an in-house team, where you will gain invaluable commercial experience and build relationships across the business and with external advisors.
