Scope of role: Support of R&D in the oversight of our Global Client Tax Service offeringВ В
As the Tax R&D Specialist your duties will include but won't be limited to;В
Analysis and identification of enhancements to enable improved timeliness
Ensuring integration of tax risk into the wider business agenda
Analysis of tax changes and the impact to the bank and its service offering to clients
Identification of product gaps, risk review determination/co-ordination
Assist in the setting of policy and business direction, ensuring risk mitigation and consistent product quality
Development ofВ strategies for emerging compliance issues
Key skills required;

Applicants need a thorough understanding of international tax practices including withholding and capital gains tax practices applicable to Sovereign wealth and intergovernmental funds, collective investment vehicles, commingled funds, pension funds and charities.
