Our client is looking for an individual who wants to develop a dynamic and exciting career in the field of taxation. Tax planning will be at the forefront of your role, working with both your own client portfolio and dealing with technical tax issues for clients of partners and other staff.
With the firm's extensive client data base of Owner Managed Businesses and High Net Worth individuals this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious tax manager to have an influential role with a well-established and highly reputable accountancy practice.
The ideal person for this role will have a strong private client background and in depth technical knowledge and wide practical experience, along with the ability to think creatively offering clients wide-ranging solutions and advice. Expertise in a specialist area such as Trusts would be an advantage.
Formal qualifications in accountancy and/or tax would be an advantage but experienced candidates "qualified by experience" will be given equal consideration.

· Up to date accounting and tax knowledge
· Experienced people manager, with the ability to coach and develop a team

· Ability to spot and maximise opportunities (both tax and commercial)
