The Role
This is a highly exciting role where you will be expected to deliver expert advice on VAT and other indirect tax issues. Additionally, you will be expected to keep on top of market and legislative changes and increase tax awareness across the group.
Under the direction of the Head of VAT, specific responsibilities include:
-VAT Compliance
-Liaising with the HMRC and other regulatory bodies
-Advising on new legislation assessment and implementation
You
The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree standard and CTA trained from a Big 4 accountancy firm or a financial services institution currently in VAT. Suitable candidates will be commercially aware and have previous experience or background in financial services.
